Canada's number one political satirist, Rick Mercer, is back for the tenth season of THE RICK MERCER REPORT with his weekly dose of political satire, funny takes on the week's top stories and cross-country adventures.

Last season Rick zipped around the country and among his adventures were a walk across the top of Toronto's CN Tower with Jann Arden, a visit to Calgary's Highland Games, and whale watching with Measha Brueggergosman in the Bay of Fundy. Rick went to Ottawa to hang out with Governor-General David Johnston, visited an animal shelter in PEI and was on the set of Republic of Doyle with star Allan Hawco in St John's, plus much more. In the new season he'll take on a whole new series of exploits!

Returning again, is one of the most talked-about features of every show--- Rick's rant.

Also back are regular segments that have made RMR a perennial hit, including the creative Photo Challenge, cheeky RMR parodies of TV commercials and political messages, and RMR's weekly target practice on newsmakers, The Front Page.
